Nina joined Elmwood Agency as an Account Manager in 2023. Nina brings 18 years of customer service experience and started her insurance career in 2019 as a receptionist to get a change of pace from the banking industry. After quickly advancing to a licensed agent, she realized there was a need for client education and gaps in coverage, an area she feels strongly about.

Nina was born and raised in Rochester NY, and she is a mother of four amazing boys, and four fur babies. Outside of the office she enjoys the outdoors, and is an avid hiker with her dog, Milo.
