Nikole joined the Elmwood Agency in August 2025 as an Account Manager. Prior to joining our Elmwood Family, she has been assisting customers with their insurance needs for over 5 years! Her insurance journey started at Geico, and after having a strong focus on the Auto insurance industry, she wanted to branch out to gain more knowledge about everything insurance had to offer, which has led her here! She is very caring, motivated and will go above and beyond for her customers to make sure all their needs are met.

Nikole is from East Aurora, and lives with her dogs Buck and Denali. When not working you will find her enjoying anything outdoors, but mostly spending time with her friends and family.
