Kristen joined Elmwood Agency in January 2024 as a New Account Specialist, and transitioned to the role of Account Manager in March 2024. Prior to joining the team at Elmwood, she spent many years as customer service supervisor at GEICO. Kristen is passionate about working with customers and helping them with their insurance needs. With 15 years of insurance experience, Kristen prides herself on exceptional customer service.

Kristen lives in West Seneca with her husband, Paul, and two children, Alexis and Connor. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and attending her children’s sporting events. She is very excited to be a part of the Elmwood Agency family.
