Karen joined Elmwood Agency as an Account Manager in 2026. Karen brings 20 years of customer service experience, and started her insurance career in 2021 as a receptionist to get a change of pace from the healthcare industry. She quickly immersed herself in the insurance industry, advanced to being a licensed agent, and is driven by a genuine passion for helping individuals understand their coverage and feel confident in their insurance decisions.

Karen is a lifelong Rochester resident who currently resides in Hilton ,NY, with her husband, Russ. She is the proud Mother of her two amazing children, Amanda and Zachary. Outside of the office she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, concerts and spending time with friends and family. She is very excited to be a part of the Elmwood Agency family.
