Elizabeth joined the Elmwood Agency in August of 2025 as an Account Manager, but she is not new to insurance! Adoringly known as Ellie by her friends, family and co-workers, she has been in the insurance industry for 20+ years! Ellie’s favorite part of insurance is focusing on customer interactions; she truly values the connection made when helping someone with their insurance needs.

Born and raised in Ecuador, Ellie is a mother of two - Maiah and Sebastian, and lives in the heart of Williamsville. When she’s not putting her customers first, she spends time with her family and fur babies! She loves camping, kayaking and raspberry anything. Ellie is so excited for her future here with the Elmwood Agency Family.
